Take on Central Park and all its hills with a full park loop at the NYRR Manhattan 10K. Harlem Hill, the Three Sisters, and Cat Hill are all yours to climb up and coast down on Sunday, February 5.

Notes on Registration

 
  • The race will operate under 2023 Safety Procedures at NYRR Races guidelines.
  • This race is a 9+1 program qualifier and a 4 Out of 6 program qualifier.
  • We’ve updated our website with a new change to increase inclusivity and representation in our races. Runners can now register as woman, man, or non-binary. Visit our FAQ page for more information on how to update your profile.

Race Number Pickup

 

Numbers (which include your timing tag) may be picked up at the NYRR RUNCENTER at 320 West 57th Street (between Eighth and Ninth avenues) on the following dates:

  • Thursday, January 26, 10:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
  • Friday, January 27, 10:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, January 28, 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, January 29, 12:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Monday, January 30, 10:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, January 31, 10:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, February 1, 10:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.

Runners are encouraged to pick up their bibs at the RUNCENTER to avoid race day lines.

All participants will receive a New Balance Long sleeve tech tee at number pickup.

On race day, number pickup will be available from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. at Race-Day Central, (located near the Naumburg Bandshell in Central Park).

Show your race confirmation email or the QR code from your NYRR account to pick up your race materials. Proxy bib pickup is available for this race, so a friend or family member can pick up your race materials. The person will need the QR code for your NYRR account, along with a form of photo identification that corresponds to your NYRR account.

Race Day


Bag Check

 

Bag check will be available beginning at 6:30 am at Race-Day Central, (located near the Naumburg Bandshell in Central Park).

The Course

The race will start on East Drive near East 69th Street and complete a full counter-clockwise lap of the park. After completing the six-mile loop of the park, runners will turn left onto the 72nd Street Transverse toward the finish line.

 

Results and Awards

 

Live, unofficial results will be available in the NYRR Racing App and at liveresults.nyrr.org during the event.

After the conclusion of the event, official results will be posted on results.nyrr.org.

Awards will be presented on site to the top-three finishers in the overall men, women, and non-binary divisions. Runners who place in the top-three of their age group will be able to claim an award in the days following the race by filling out our Age-Group Awards Claim Form.

If NYRR cancels an offering on the direction of local, city, or state authorities, participants will be informed as soon as possible, including communication of participant resolution options. Events will not be rescheduled.
