Front Runners New York (FRNY) is New York City’s LGBTQ+ running club. The club was founded in 1979 and has grown to over 700 members annually. FRNY’s mission is to create a social running community focused on health and fitness that is welcoming to all LGBT New Yorkers and their allies. Our most-attended fun run meets every Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in Central Park at 72nd Street Traverse and West Drive, across from the Daniel Webster Statue. FRNY offers a robust, inclusive membership experience that includes professionally-coached running workouts, multi-sport training, social events, and more.
