Almost Friday Run Club (AFRC) makes running accessible and fun for all. We emphasize the social side of running through an every-pace and any-level welcome attitude, run-club-not-race-club mantra, post-run coffees, and community events. AFRC is for everyone from newbie to hobby jogger, everyday runner, and BQ aspirant, and anyone in between.

We meet on Thursday mornings at 7:00 a.m. on Morton Street and the West Side Highway for a 3-mile loop, and regularly host other running and social events. Keep an eye on social media for details – we hope to see you soon!
