  • 3. What if I already have Runna Premium?

     

    If you already have a Runna Premium subscription, don't worry! The time remaining on your Runna Premium plan will be added automatically to the end of your NYRR x Runna plan. This means you'll continue to enjoy premium features and benefits without any interruption. 

    4. What if I have an issue with the app or my plan?

     

    You can reach out to Runna customer service or coaches within the app through the Support tab. There is also a wealth of information in Runna’s FAQ.

    5. If I cancel my plan, can I get a refund?

     

    NYRR has a no-refund policy therefore all sales are final and non-refundable.  

    6. Does NYRR x Runna support walkers or complete beginners?

     

    Yes! The NYRR x Runna program is set up to be completely personalized for you to help you achieve your running goals. If you're currently unable to run a 5K in under 60 minutes or without stopping, we encourage you to start your marathon training journey with Runna's New to Running or Returning to Running plan, both available within the Runna app as part of your purchase. Both plans will guide you through 6-8 weeks of walk/run sessions that allow you to build up your stamina and confidence. Once you've finished this plan, you'll be able to start training toward s your marathon, which will take 12 weeks+. If you’re unsure, email training@nyrr.org for guidance.    

    7. I’m an experienced runner and have
    done plenty of races. Is NYRR x Runna for me?

     

    Yes! The NYRR x Runna plans are built by expert Olympic coaches meaning you are getting support from the best! Our plans are carefully curated and adapt around you ensuring you are getting the ultimate coaching experience and helping you to reach your next personal best.  

    8. Is Runna only an app or can I access it on the web?

     

    You can sign up to Runna and activate your account on the web but for the full experience, you need to download the app! The app is where you’ll access your training plan, integrate your plan with your wearables, and speak to the coaches.  

    9. What countries is Runna available in and in what languages?

     

    Runna is available worldwide and is present in 181 countries. At the moment, the app is only available in English.  

    10. Can I sign up for Coaching Lab by Runcoach?

     

    NYRR Coaching Lab by Runcoach is no longer an NYRR training product. For virtual training NYRR offers NYRR x Runna, a program you can access from anywhere in the world. If you live in the New York City area, you can also join NYRR Group Training for in-person training (limited spots available).
