¿Cómo describirías tu estilo de entrenamiento?
I like to meet people where they are at. I truly believe that each individual has different needs. In getting to work together, I aim to cater my coaching to what would work best for each individual. I love seeing people reach their goals. I especially love helping people create space for running in their busy schedules.

¿Cuál es el momento como entrenadora del que te sientes más orgullosa?
I ran track and field in high school where I held the school record for the 4x100 meter relay. After graduating, I coached at my school and helped the 4x100 meter team beat my record.

¿Cuál es tu entrenamiento favorito de enseñar y por qué?
My favorite workouts to coach are speed workouts! I love the full out max efforts as these are the workouts that have helped me in my own races. I love seeing runners incorporate speed work into their weekly training and then see their times improve at their next race.

¿Cuántos años llevas entrenando?
10+ years

RRCA Certification

¿Cuál es su lugar favorito para correr en la Ciudad de Nueva York?
My favorite place to run in NYC is along the East River and McCarren Park for Track Tuesday workouts!

¿Cuál es tu carrera favorita de NYRR?
My favorite NYRR race is the New York City Marathon. There is NO other day like it.

¿Cuál es tu lema personal para correr?
Take one mile at a time. Each mile in a marathon can be like a day in our lives. As one single day can make us feel down and discouraged, there is always another day. So, if you feel weak in one mile, make the next mile count. Don't let the tougher miles bring you down, they are fuel for the remainder of the race. The next mile is like a new day so regroup and refocus and tackle it one step at a time. Enjoy the ride.
