Donor Privacy Policy

New York Road Runners (“NYRR”) does not sell, trade, or share personal information about donors, whether that information is collected online or offline, nor do we send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. In general, visitors to our website located at www.nyrr.org and any of NYRR’s other registered domains, mobile apps, or social networking pages, profiles, or feeds (collectively, the “Services”) remain anonymous, but on some Services visitors need to provide personal information to register, contact us or conduct other transactions. The types of personal information collected on the Services may include any or all of the following, depending on your activities on the Services: name, address, email address, telephone number, website address, organization (including the organization’s name, website, phone number, and address) and other personal information actively provided to us via the Services, which is governed by our general Privacy Policy.

Please note, NYRR generally publishes, in print and online, donor names for significant contributions made to the organization. If you prefer to be listed anonymously for your contribution, please indicate this in the notes/comments section of your online contribution or contact NYRR by email at development@nyrr.org.
