New York Road Runners serves runners of all ages and abilities annually through hundreds of races, community open runs, walks, training sessions, and other running-related programming, with youth participating in free fitness programs and events throughout New York City’s five boroughs and across the country.

Our staff applies its passion for service to volunteer in local communities, adding value to the neighborhoods where we live, work, and run. Every year, over 250 employees fan out at a chosen location to weed, mulch, plant, paint, build picnic tables, and more.
Representing all fitness levels, our staff comes out to participate in the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge. This 3.5-mile event, part of a worldwide series, is focused on team building and invigorates our love of running.
