2015 United Airlines NYC Half to be Broadcast Live in NY on ABC7 on Sunday, March 15, from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m.

New York, March 13, 2015—For the fourth consecutive year, the United Airlines NYC Half will be broadcast live for local New York residents on ABC7 on Sunday, March 15, from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. EDT. The race will also stream live on WatchABC and 7online.com and will be available nationally on ESPN3 via WatchESPN. The broadcast will reach nearly 200 territories around the world with various global broadcast partners, including Eurosport. The 10th annual running of the event will take place in Manhattan.

Coverage on 7online.com will be from 7:00 to 10:30 a.m. Outside of the New York area, coverage will be available on ESPN3 via WatchESPN from 7:00 to 10:30 a.m. EDT on computers, tablets, smartphones, Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku, Xbox 360, and Xbox One for those who have video or internet subscriptions from affiliated providers.

Additionally, international viewers can watch the broadcast from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. EDT via a variety of global broadcast partners (international viewers should check local listings). The broadcast will be available in nearly 200 territories, reaching about 320 million households internationally.

The broadcast will feature ABC7 talent, including sports anchor Rob Powers, who will be broadcasting live from the booth at the finish line. Sports reporter Laura Behnke will cover the start of the race, alongside meteorologist Amy Freeze, who will also be taking on the 13.1-mile challenge herself while reporting live on the course. News reporter Anthony Johnson will report from the heart of the race in Times Square, capturing the professional runners, general participants, and thousands of spectators, as well as the young runners who will be competing in the first-ever NYRR Times Square Kids’ Run, beginning at 8:00 a.m. Former Olympian Carrie Tollefson will join Powers in the broadcast booth at the finish line. International coverage will feature commentator Rob Walker.

Friends and family can get their very own close-up look at the finish line with the Find Your Finish cam. This will be available on 7online.com both live during the event and on-demand after it happens.
