New York, October 26, 2014—5,000 runners will officially kick-off race week in New York City at the Poland Spring Five Mile Run on Sunday, October 26^th from 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.  The race will start at West 69^th Street and Central Park West and finish at the TCS New York City Marathon finish line in Central Park, located behind Tavern on the Green on West 67^th Street and Central Park West in Manhattan.

The TCS New York City Marathon will take place on Sunday, November 2.
