Boomer’s Cystic Fibrosis Run to Breathe (4M)

Join Team Boomer, including former NFL quarterback Boomer Esiason, for the fifth annual Run to Breathe and help win the fight against cystic fibrosis. This four-mile run in Central Park helps support cystic fibrosis research and benefits the thousands of Americans with cystic fibrosis to help them improve their quality of life. Join thousands of runners in Central Park as they prepare for November’s TCS New York City Marathon with their first long training run, featuring built-in fuel at the 102nd Street Transverse, pace-setters, and training partners. Participants will be divided into groups based on pace. All groups will cover 20 miles, but individuals may shorten their distance to suit their training needs.
