Runners’ Knee Issues: A Comprehensive Approach
Wednesday June 18, 2008
Robert Wagner Middle School
220 East 76th Street (between Second and Third Avenues)
Runners with knee pain rarely can pinpoint a specific injury; the pain just comes on. The good news is that surgery is rarely necessary. Understanding the types of problems that can occur, and their causes, is the first step in treating most knee pain and preventing future problems. Bring your running shorts, running shoes, and orthotics to this event, which will include individualized screenings and treatment advice.
