NYRR 50th Anniversary Run is Closed
Due to overwhelming interest, the NYRR 50th Anniversary Run, has reached full capacity. We are no longer accepting registrants for this event.Note: There will no race-day registration or number pickup for this race. Please be on time to the race. We will be turning off the scoring mats when the last corralled runner crosses the starting line.
This free race is part of Running Week, NYRR's celebration of its 50th anniversary. Come on out for an early morning run and join the party!
This race starts at 5:30 a.m.
Please note that results will not be posted, nor will awards be given out, at the race.
Course
All courses are subject to change. Check back here the day before the race for final confirmation.
Start on Central Park’s West Drive at 67th Street, near Tavern on the Green. Head counterclockwise around the south end of the park and continue north on East Drive. Turn left/west onto the 102nd Street Transverse and left/south onto West Drive. Continue around the park to the finish on West Drive at 67th Street.

Number Pickup/Registration
Entrants are required to pick up their numbers andscoring chips at New York Road Runners (9 East 89th Street) on:
• Sunday, June 1, 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
• Monday, June 2, 1:00-7:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, June 3, 1:00-7:00 p.m.
On race day, Wednesday, June 4, there will be no registration or number pickup. No exceptions will be made. If you cannot make it to NYRR during the designated hours, please arrange to have a friend pick-up your number for you.

Entry Fees
This race is FREE.Please note that runners will be asked to enter a credit card number in order to register. This is a precaution taken to ensure the return of the ChampionChips required to record your race time.

Baggage Facilities
Free baggage facilities will be provided as a convenience. If using this baggage service, bring an inexpensive bag and leave your valuables at home. New York Road Runners is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Rules of Competition
All NYRR races are organized and directed under USA Track & Field rules and regulations. Entrants must also comply with City of New York, Parks & Recreation and NYRR rules. Failure to do so may result in offenders being disqualified and possibly banned from NYRR events, including the ING New York City Marathon. [Click here for rules.]
